Amenities: Private street entrance, ADA accessibility, private bar, mezzanine, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the brewhouse, unique murals, and comprehensive A/V equipment including a projector and microphones

Vibe: Modern and artsy with a sleek aesthetic

The Lounge - Perfect for more intimate occasions like happy hours, bachelorette parties, or casual group hangouts. Features include:

Capacity: Up to 30 guests

Amenities: 15 seated spots, standing area with tables, a couch, a 4-ft table for snacks and gifts, and unique touches like a donut vending machine

Vibe: Semi-private with a cozy, casual atmosphere

The Warehouse - Coming Soon! - Designed for larger, more dynamic events, this space combines Modist’s charm with a distinctive warehouse vibe. Highlights include:

Capacity: To be announced

Amenities: Private bar, cocktail tables, A/V equipment, and a unique brewery ambiance

Vibe: Artistic and industrial flair

Taproom Buy-Out - For a larger, more versatile option, you can reserve our entire taproom. This space is perfect for:

Capacity: 130 seated / 200+ standing (includes patio)

Features: 3000+ sq ft taproom, access to A/V equipment, multiple tap lines, tables, chairs, cool lighting, huge murals, and ample space. The taproom also includes access to the patio.

Availability: Only available on Sundays, Monday, and Tuesday evenings beginning at 4 PM. Reservations are not being accepted further than 6 months into the future.
